Our Services

We aspire to a future in which all people feel welcomed and nourished, much like sharing a meal at a table or cooking together in a kitchen. We recognize that inclusivity and support are the ingredients that bring people together and foster long-term relationships. These values, combined with our expertise in law, mindfulness coaching, and public policy, culminate to form Thought Kitchen and the services we provide.

Our diversified offerings - Public Policy Consulting, Supplier Diversity Consulting, and Mindful Life & Work Coaching - work in tandem to create a holistically well society where everyone feels respected and supported.

Mindful Life & Work

Thought Kitchen’s mindful life and work team offers mindfulness-based training and coaching to support stress resilience, enhance brain function and emotional regulation, and increase diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging by strengthening cultural competency.
