What is 28 Day Burnout Antidote

 28 Day Burnout Antidote is a program for the legal professional who always holds it together— until they can’t. The one who shows up for clients, colleagues, and courtrooms even when their tank is running low.
 

Over 28 daily asynchronous online lessons, we’ll unpack how stress, trauma, secondary trauma, and burnout show up in our legal careers—and how to interrupt the cycle before it costs us more.

 You’ll get language for what you’re feeling, tools that actually fit into your day, and a community of other legal professionals navigating the same pressures.

No fluff. No toxic positivity. Just space to understand what’s happening and learn how to take care of yourself without losing the career that you've worked so hard to build.

About 28 Day Burnout Antidote

What is the format of 28 Day Burnout Antidote? 

28 Day Burnout Antidote is an asynchronous online program that includes daily 10-15 minute micro-lessons.  It is intentionally designed this way so that you're getting "small bites" daily. I f you prefer larger bites less often, you can "save up" a few days of material and spend more time with it.  Your program -- your choice. You know what works best for you. 

There is also a private discussion forum, so you can connect with other legal professionals in your cohort.

 28 Day Burnout Antidote is for legal professionals, including lawyers, law students, judicial officers, paralegals, investigators, law librarians, law professors, probation officers, court staff, legal assistants, law clerks, social workers, case managers, court reporters, law practice managers, and others who work in or adjacent to the justice system.

When does 28 Day Burnout Antidote begin?

The first cohort of 28 Day Burnout Antidote begins on Monday, September 1. Register now, and you'll get an email on September 1 to remind you that your first lesson is available.
