The 28 Day Burnout Antidote is a four-week recovery experience for legal professionals who are carrying too much, running too fast, and trying not to lose what they love about their work or themselves. This program gives you real tools to get off the burnout treadmill and find your way back to solid ground. Through short, practical practices and weekly guided reflections, you’ll calm your nervous system, reconnect to your values, and rebuild a relationship with yourself that sustains— not drains— you. You’ll also be in quiet community with others who know what it’s like to hold it all together. Breaking free doesn’t mean doing it alone. It means doing it differently. Although the majority of learning is asynchronous at a time convenient to participants, there are two Together Time: Connect, Ask, Reflect sessions, which are synchronous and online. They are optional and will be recorded.
