When Your Dream Job Loses Its Luster

  • 5 Steps

You worked hard to get here. For a while, the work was meaningful and satisfying. But lately, it’s harder to get through the day. You’re exhausted, questioning yourself, and wondering if this is just as good as it gets. This session explores what it means to feel “stuck” inside systems that may no longer support your well-being, and how to decide whether you need to rest, recalibrate, or move on. Participants will leave with clearer insight into recognizing burnout, workplace bullying, mobbing, and moral injury. You’ll learn practical steps to care for yourself and your career without losing the professionalism or purpose that brought you here.
