Charting Your Well-Being Path

  • 4 Steps

Charting Your Well-Being Path Practicing law can be interesting, fulfilling, and rewarding; it can also be incredibly stressful, isolating, and exhausting. The nature and pace of your practice may make it tempting to prioritize your career over your personal health and well-being, but putting well-being on the back burner has far-reaching consequences that can impact your professional conduct. This session will explore how maintaining your well-being throughout your career can improve your practice, create a more fulfilling life outside of work, and support your ability to find your landing zone when it’s time for retirement. Participants will leave this session with increased awareness of the ongoing relationship between their well-being and behavior that is in accordance with the Rules of Professional Conduct.
